Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days. Express: Same / next day — Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam.
How much is shipping?
Standard delivery is SAR 25, and free on orders over SAR 199. Express delivery is SAR 35.
How do I track my order?
On the Track your order page with your order number and mobile number, or in your account when you're signed in.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay, Mada, Credit / debit card, STC Pay, Tabby — split in 4, Tamara — pay later, Cash on delivery.
Is paying online safe?
Yes. All payments are encrypted.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes, if it's unused: you pay the shipping fee, and we refund the product once it reaches us and is checked.
A product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo. If it was the only product in the order we refund it with shipping; otherwise we refund the damaged product.
Products
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We bring every product from its source in Korea ourselves.
How do I know the expiry date?
It's printed on the pack. Short-dated products are clearly marked and cheaper in Last Chance.

How do I sign in?
With your mobile number and a one-time code we send you on WhatsApp.
Where are my routine photos and check-ins saved?
On your device only. We only send a photo if you choose an AI analysis, and we never store it.
