Every product at CHOMI is brought from its source in Korea by us. That's our promise to you, and these are the steps we follow to keep it.
Trace your product
Enter the batch number on your pack to see when we imported it, its lab test, its SFDA certificate of conformity and the supplier's invoice.
How we guarantee authenticity

From the source, no middlemen
We buy products at their source in Korea, and we never list a product whose origin we don't know.

Checked before it's stocked
We check the sealed original packaging, the Korean label, the batch number and the expiry date.

Stored and shipped with care
We keep products away from heat and humidity, and pack them carefully so they reach you as they left Korea.

Clear expiry dates
Expiry dates are clear. Short-dated products are offered for less in Last Chance, and we stop selling them before they expire.
Our documents
We publish copies of the documents that prove where our products come from, with prices and commercial details hidden.
Letters from brands
Official letters from Korean brands confirming we work with them directly.
Import certificates
Certificates for our shipments imported from Korea into Saudi Arabia.
Purchase invoices

How to check for yourself
Simple signs of an authentic Korean product:
- A Korean label with the full ingredient list (전성분).
- A batch number and expiry date clearly printed on the pack.
- An intact seal or safety wrap, and packaging that matches the brand's official photos.
- A consistent texture and scent, with no change in colour or separation.

If a product you bought from CHOMI is proven counterfeit, we pay you this amount, on top of a full refund.
Terms
- The product was bought from CHOMI with an order number, and its batch number is in our records.
- It's confirmed counterfeit in writing by the brand, or by a report from an accredited lab in Saudi Arabia. We pay for the test.
- The product comes back to us in its original pack, not tampered with or swapped after delivery.
- The claim is made within 30 days of receiving the order, once per order.
- The compensation is paid in money, not store credit.
- This guarantee adds to your statutory rights and doesn't waive any of them.

Message us on WhatsApp
Send your order number, the batch number and clear photos of the pack and its label.

We reply within 24 hours
And we check the batch's record with the supplier and the brand.

We tell you the outcome
If the product turns out not to be authentic, every promise below applies.
If the product turns out not to be authentic:
- We pay you SAR 100,000, under the terms above.
- We refund you in full, shipping included, even if you've opened or used it.
- We collect the product from you at our cost.
- We stop selling the whole batch.
- We report it to the brand and to the SFDA.
