CHOMI Partners programme terms

These terms are between you and CHOMI when you join the programme. Read them before you agree.

1. Signing up
- The programme is for people aged 18 or over with a Saudi bank account in their own name.
- You give your details correctly and in full, as on your ID and at your bank, and we check them before any transfer.
- CHOMI may accept or decline a sign-up, or pause an account while we look into something.
2. Your code and link
- Your code and link are yours alone: you don't pass them on.
- Your code gives the people you share it with 10% off products, except Last Chance ones. One discount code per order.
- The code doesn't add up with the routine bundle's discount on the same products: the customer gets whichever saves her more.
3. Commission
- Your commission is 10% of the order's products after every discount, without VAT, delivery or the cash-on-delivery fee. Last Chance products earn none.
- An order is yours if your code is on it, or if the customer came through your link and ordered within 30 days without another partner's code. The last link she came through counts.
- Your own orders earn no commission.
- A cancelled order, one refused at the door or returned in full earns none; a partly returned one earns less, by what was returned.
- A commission is due only once the order is delivered and the return window (7 days) plus two days is over, and no return is open on it. A cash-on-delivery order counts once its delivery or its cash is confirmed.
- If an order is returned or refunded after we've paid its commission, it comes off your next transfer.
4. Payment
- We transfer due commissions at the start of each month (by the 5th) once they add up to SAR 100; the rest carries over to the next month.
- We transfer only to your approved bank account; a new account goes back under review before we transfer to it.
- You're responsible for any tax or zakat on what you earn from the programme.
- We may hold a commission while we look into suspected fraud.
5. Not allowed
- Paid search ads on the names “CHOMI” or «تشومي».
- Posting your code on coupon sites without our written permission.
- Spam, or messages to people who didn't ask for them.
- Medical or exaggerated claims about products, or reviews that aren't genuine.
- Passing yourself off as CHOMI, or using its logo in a misleading way.
- Buying for yourself, or in other people's names, to earn a commission.
- Breaking any of these cancels the commissions involved, and we may end the account.
6. Advertising and licences
- If you post paid promotional content, you're responsible for any licence it needs, such as a Mawthooq licence from the General Commission for Audiovisual Media.
- You make clear that a post is an ad or carries a commission code, and follow the Kingdom's advertising rules.
7. Your data
- We use your details only to check your identity and account, transfer your commissions and keep our books. Your ID number, IBAN and IBAN certificate are stored encrypted, and only our review team sees them.
- You don't see customers' details: for each order, only its number, date and commission.
8. Changes and ending
- We may change the commission, the discount or these terms, telling you 14 days before. A change doesn't affect orders placed before it.
- You can leave the programme whenever you like, and we can end it. Due commissions are transferred afterwards, unless they came from breaking these terms.
